We are taking you behind the scenes this month and introducing you to some of the artisans who make our jewels. We are super proud of the skilled craftsmen and women that create our products and we want to celebrate them and their incredible jewellery making talents!
This week we introduce you to Uraiwan Tamasin, an Assembly Leader at our Thai workshop just outside of Chiang Mai. Uraiwan works on the production of pieces, but as leader is also in charge of managing the incoming jobs and ensuring production is on time and to a good standard.

What does your job involve?
I work on the assembly of products, but also manage the assembly team to make sure the production is to a good standard, and manage the incoming job lists, so that we are organised and produce everything on time.
How long have you worked here?
For 12 years now
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I like it when we have lots of different designs to work on - I find it very interesting.
Have you learnt new skills working in this workshop? If so what have they been?
I have learnt new problem solving skills working as the Assembly Leader, have worked on building good relationships with the team and built on my level of leadership skills.
How has this job helped you?
Working here has enabled me to lighten the burden on my family, I can now pay the education fees for my son to go to school.
