Our EveryWoman IGTV Masterclass Series
At the start of the year we launched our EveryWoman collection in collaboration with London-based illustrator Rose England. The inspiration behind the three illustrations being a celebration of the diversity, beauty and individuality of women. As a female-run business, one of our passions is showing our support of women, empowering them in everything they do.
Inspired by our three powerful prints (which were engraved onto our EveryWoman necklace), we have recently launched an IGTV series on the Edge of Ember Instagram channel which we are using to showcase female creatives and their skills.
So far, we’ve hosted four masterclasses with four different female bloggers who have shared everything from their makeup routines, to how to style the perfect flower arrangement.
The first of our masterclasses featured Lily Windsor Walker; a Manchester-based print designer. In her live masterclass, Lily (@lilywindsorwalker) showed us how to make handmade Scrunchies.
Episode two was with blogger Gabriella Pisani (@bygabriellalondon) who hosted an Instagram Live Q&A where she answered questions as she shared her makeup tips during a ‘get ready with me’ session.
Our third masterclass featured Beth Kendall, who has a flower pressing business called Wilder and Wren. (@wilderandwren) Beth created a video where she taught us how to pick wild (and garden) flowers and press them into delicate, natural pieces of art.
Finally, the most recent of our IGTV masterclasses was a collaboration with the lifestyle Influencer Natasha Sidhu (@la_sidhu) who showed us how to not only care for, but how to arrange succulent plants.
The EveryWoman series was so successful and so enjoyable to create, that we are currently planning our future episodes. Make sure you follow us on Instagram (@edgeofember) and keep your eyes peeled for the next ones in the series.
It never ceases to amaze us just how inspirational you ladies are.
