Despite an initial hiccup (I was sent the wrong earring!), Chloe at customer services bent backwards to put things right and promptly sent the correct one which is absolutely gorgeous. The size is great too: it can be used in a second (or third) piercing, but it equally stands out if used as a main lobe earring.
