Social Media & Influencer Manager

You have an impressive, proven track record in growing a brand’s social media presence and direct, extensive experience in managing an influencer programme.

You will help us with the following areas:

  • Develop an extensive, metric-driven influencer and ambassador programme with strong and regular reporting
  • Oversee social media strategy and drive growth in various channels, specifically Instagram and TikTok
  • Work with our Content Creator to plan strong brand content in line with our marketing calendar. You don’t need to create assets, but need a good eye and ability to determine what creatives work for our goals

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in the above areas.

Influencer outreach

You have experience working directly with a range of influencers and have a strong idea of how to build a community of ambassadors and partnerships that are aligned with our sales and brand awareness goals

You have a good grasp of our brand and what type of influencers would be effective for Edge of Ember

Social content strategy

You have experience with developing social and web content strategy for a consumer brand, have your finger on the pulse on what leading peer and competitor brands are doing and what we should be pushing, and thinking outside the box to be the leader in creative content. 


Sales Director

Our main focus has been e-commerce, and we are looking to drive new sales channels in wholesale, and other sales channels like corporate and business partnerships. We are looking for a results-driven, passionate and ambitious self-starter with at least 5 years relevant fashion wholesale experience.

You will help us with the following areas:

  • Drive our wholesale business. We are predominantly e-commerce, but are looking to expand into wholesale partnerships. We are currently stocked at Selfridges London only, so you will be driving new relationships from scratch.
  • Work with Founder closely on new sales opportunities like corporate and stylists partnerships.
  • Oversee merchandising strategy for ecomm and wholesale
  • Work on opportunities that support these sales channels - e.g. pop ups, business partnerships


Design & Ecommerce Intern

We are looking for someone with a strong graphic design background and is very comfortable with e-commerce applications like Shopify.

This position will start out as a three-month fully paid internship, with an opportunity to develop into a full-time role.

You will help us with the following areas:

Product & Design

  • Create and maintain design linesheets in InDesign for sales & marketing
  • Create design collateral for the marketing team
  • Assist with design tasks like product technical specifications, communication with suppliers


  • Online product merchandising, maintaining of web images and blog posts
  • Create new products in Shopify and upload all relevant details to product pages
  • Assist with reporting


  • Experience with commercial design work
  • Well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
