Not what I ordered

I typed in a name to be inscribed it came back with the name and love you on it which I couldn’t use. Be careful when you get confirmation because they won’t accept responsibility. Lovely pendant though.

So sorry the pendant didn't arrive as expected! I can see that in this case the preview ('I love you') of our engraving generator was typed over which is why this arrived with 'love you' added. We would recommend to double check all engraving orders upon checkout and confirmation to make sure to catch these mistakes.
