Personalise Your Jewellery

The most personal jewellery is the kind that carries something of you: a letter, a date, a stone, a name. It turns a good piece into your piece, and it's the reason so much of what we make can be personalised.

There are three simple ways to do it.

Start with a letter

Initial necklaces are where most people begin. Your own initial, or those of the people you'd carry with you: a partner, children, a best friend. Wear one alone or layer two or three on separate chains.

Add a birthstone

A birthstone brings colour and a birth month into the piece. Garnet for January, sapphire for September, opal for October. It works as well for a friend's birthday as it does for your own, and it sits neatly beside an initial on the same chain.

Engrave it

Engraving is free on all our engravable pieces. A date, a name, a set of coordinates, a word that means something between you. The Coin Necklace takes a short message on its disc; the Engravable Signet Ring, in 9ct solid gold, suits a monogram.

One thing to know: engraved pieces are made for you, so they can't be returned. Check the spelling twice.

Why personalise?

Because it makes a piece harder to take off. Personalised jewellery works with everything you wear, so it tends to stay on, and the longer you wear it, the more it becomes yours. It's also one of the most considered gifts you can give. A piece with her initial or birthstone says it was chosen for her specifically, not bought in multiples.
