I'm thrilled with my gorgeous letter and birthstone necklace. It arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and is so pretty and high quality. I've been wearing it every day since I got it.

Bought these for my mum for her birthday and she loves them! Very pretty and fit the ear really nicely. Delivery was quick and easy. Only criticism is that they come in a box with a necklace foam insert instead of a central earring insert so you missed a bit of the wow factor when you opened them. Second order from Edge and I would buy again.

I actually hadn't heard of EOE unti i asked a friend what to get my wife for her birthday present. 

The selections are amazing but more importantly the birthstones were what drew me in - the quality, shapes, and designs were far better than anything thats out there. Ive given my wife a birthstone of our first born daughter (peridot) and she absolutely loved it.

I also like there's the option to buy just a pendant, as opposed to buying a chain and pendant too like other sellers out there.

The only feedback I would have is highlighting on your website the promocodes/discounts that could be applied such as Bluelight. I was gutted that I could have got an extra percentage off via Bluelight discount but only found afterwards. 

Second bit of feedback is the option to cancel the order if its before processing/dispatch like others do, just in case theres a mistake thats noticed after placing the order, saves waiting for it to arrive - then refunding it and starting again.

Other than that, you guys are someone Id highly recommend. Amazing customer care and spoilt for choice with all the options available!

Adore this initial necklace! Has a statement feel without being too fussy. The chain has a cool design and the front clasp creates great balance.
No downsides, just an oversight on my part and would have preferred a longer chain.
