I ordered two beautiful birthstone necklaces that I am very happy with. There was an issue with one of my orders. The necklace didn't arrive, only the birthstone. I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and sent the missing necklace the next day.

Purchased earrings from EOE for my wife’s birthday as I was looking for Opal set in real gold at a reasonable price… the earrings did not disappoint and my wife has already said she’ll be browsing EOE for more in the future!

Beautiful piece. Nicer in real life then I thought it would be,the only complaint I have is the back of the earring is a bit too long so it can stick out at the front of it and not look its best and there aren’t smaller options which other brands have.

I bought two initial & birthstone necklaces as gifts. They arrived extremely promptly and I'm delighted with them. They're pretty, nicely made and I know my nieces will love them!

I ordered two of the pendants to wear on the same chain and they are perfect. They are just the right size to wear together. I also have one of the larger pendants that I bought three years ago which is good for a single pendant but felt it would be too big for two.

Lovely necklace with birthstone.

It was my first time shopping on edge of ember and was very impressed with the service. I ordered the pendant on a wednesday and it arrived the next day. It made a lovely birthday present.

The Coastal Pearl Earrings are the jewel in a crown. Beautifully crafted, they are minimalist enough to sleep in and maximalist enough to shine and be noticed in a crowded room. The pearls are roughly hewn giving shape and interesting angles to the pearl that also catch and reflect light. A star buy. One I don’t regret.

Beautiful but way smaller than I thought . Packaging /presentation of the item not too good . The outside very nice box and colours used however on opening the position of the very small earrings were right up the top of the velvet making them look even smaller . Would like to have seen a card/ showing details of item and some background of the company which is part of reason purchased . Would have been a lovely touch . I ended up making up one myself as these were a gift to someone who had no knowledge of the company
