Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

  • You can return items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order
  • We have extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2024. Orders placed from 16th November 2024 can be returned up until 14th January 2025
  • All items returned must be in new and unworn condition and in the original undamaged packaging
  • International orders can be returned for a refund. Exchanges are not currently available for International orders
  • Earrings can be returned as long as they are unworn and in their original condition
  • Sale items are eligible for exchanges only (this does not include items purchased during our Black Friday event)
  • Engraved, Made-­to­-order and Sample Sale items are non-refundable
  • Shipping charges, Gift bags and Gift cards are non-refundable
  • If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, it must also be returned for your refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund
  • UK orders: Returns and exchanges from UK addresses are free.
  • International orders (EU): Returns from all non-UK addresses cost €15 This amount will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label.
  • International orders (Rest of World): Returns from all non-UK addresses cost £30 (or the local currency equivalent amount). This amount will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid label


Processing Your Return

  • We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, once received back at our studio. Please note this may take longer during busier times of year
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed at our studio
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 working days for your credit card or bank to credit back your account
  • All exchange orders will be shipped once we have processed your return
  • If you have requested store credit, this will be applied on the day that your return is processed


Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges and we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the item in transit. If you experience any issues with our prepaid returns label, please reach out to our Customer Love team at hello@edgeofember.com.
