Delivery

We ship globally from our studio in London UK. Orders placed before 12pm noon GMT (London time) Monday to Friday will be sent out the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, and orders require a signature upon delivery.

We offer gift wrapping at an additional £3 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Just check the gift wrapping box at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Note that all orders require a signature at delivery.

Can I pick my order up from a London address?
Yes! We offer customer collections from Mondays to Fridays, between 9am to 5pm, from our reception desk on Tanner Street, London SE1 3LE. It is about 5 minutes walk from the London Bridge tube station.

Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
For destinations including the UK, EU, US, Australia, HK and Singapore, there are generally no import duties or taxes payable. For other destinations please see the table below for estimated charges. 

International customers now have the option to prepay import duties at checkout. If this option is not selected, duties will be collected by carrier upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges 

Our return policy:

• Packages must be postmarked within 30 calendar days

• Items must still have the security tag intact, and are in their original condition and packaging

• Sale items are not eligible for returns, unless they arrived damaged

• Engraved items are not eligible for returns, unless they arrived damaged

• Shipping charges are not refundable

 

UK returns & exchanges:

Returns from UK addresses are free. Please follow the below steps.

1. Download the returns form here, fill it out with the correct information and place this in the box with your item.

2. Create your free Royal Mail label here. Attach the label on the outside of the box. 

3. Drop the package off at any post office. You will get a tracking number, please hold on to this in case we need to track the package.

* Important * Returns that do not fall within our policy will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

 

International returns & exchanges:

1. Download the returns form here, fill it out with the correct information and place this in the box with your item.

2. Send the item back to our London address below using a tracked shipping method.

Is there an extended returns period for Christmas gifts?

Items bought from 15th November to 24th December can be returned or exchanged anytime up until 30th January.

 

How long will a refund take?

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 3 business days. You will receive an email once this is processed. It might take up to 7 business days for your credit card or bank to credit your account.
