Shipping

Where do you ship to, and how much does it cost?

We ship globally from London UK. Shipping is free for UK orders above £80 and International orders above £120.

Orders will be shipped off from our studio on the next business day.

All orders are sent with a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for packages at the delivery address, as couriers will only attempt delivery twice before returning it to us. Once the item is returned to us, we will charge for the next delivery (per standard shipping rates below).

*Please note that shipping time above is calculated from when your order leaves our studio (i.e. you will need to give one business day for processing your order). 

Estimated delivery times

UK: Standard (2-3 days)  Express (Next day)

Orders with engravings will take an additional 10-12 working days.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Unfortunately there could be possible delays with custom inspections for international shipments that is out of our control.

 

Can I track my order? 

Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

Can I pick up my order from your London address? 

Unfortunately we don't offer a customer collection service.

 

How much will I have to pay in import duties and taxes?

There are no custom import duties for orders shipped within the EU and to the US.

We are unable to include custom duties in our prices for international shipments to other countries, and these fees will be collected from you by the carrier on delivery. 

 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We can't make any changes to your order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order and return the items in the original one.

 

Returns

What is your return policy? 

We get it – not everything works out all the time. If you are unhappy with an item, please email us at hello@edgeofember.com with your order number, and we will send you return instructions.

Items not eligible for returns (unless the item arrived damaged)

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items
  • Engraved pieces

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

There is a £5 handling charge for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 calendar days, and items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund.

 

How do I return it?

Please email us at hello@edgeofember.com, and we will send you return instructions.

For returns within the UK, we will send you a prepaid postage label. You can then drop off the package at any UK post office, and will receive a tracking number for the package.

Returns from international addresses to our London address is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a tracked shipping method, we don’t want any lost packages!

Are there extended returns period for Christmas gifts?

Items bought from 15th November to 24th December can be returned anytime up until 15th January.



Exchanges  

How do I exchange an item? 
If you would like to exchange your piece for another, please email hello@edgeofember.com and we will help you out. We will charge a £5 handling for an exchange.

How long will a refund take?
Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refunded amount will go back to the original form of payment (PayPal or credit card).
