By joining The Ember Club, you become a part of our community of jewellery lovers who want to look good and do good. You can earn points, and redeem them for rewards.

How do I join?
Sign up for an account and subscribe to our newsletter. You can then login to your account to track your points and redeem rewards.

How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing the actions listed on your Ember Club profile.
All points will be updated immediately. Points earned from placing an order will be updated in your account after 30 days, to allow for the returns period.
The best way to earn the most points (outside of ordering) is to refer as many friends as possible!

How do I get redeem my rewards?
Log into your account, and you will be able to see your Steps balance and the available rewards.
Click on the rewards you would like to redeem, and you'll get a code that you can use at checkout.

Can I redeem more than one reward at once?
You can redeem only one reward per order. Rewards cannot be combined for the same order.

Do my points expire?
Your points expire one calendar year from the date they are earned. We will send you a reminder email before they expire.
