I’m so pleased with my 4 letter necklace, it’s a perfect length.

My order went over the 3 week timeframe first advised but the customer service team were fast to resolve/respond as soon as I chased. The necklace is excellent quality, though the letters were slightly smaller than expected. Excellent delivery time when sent and great packaging.

It’s my 3d try to have an initial pendant and now it’s perfect. The search is over. Right amount of blink and the font is elegant, can not get enough. Should just mention that the loop for a chain is narrow so only one of my chains fit, but I am going to buy a matching chain from the set anyway as it’s very cute. 5 stars.

Ordered a necklace, was notified that this had been dispatched and sent tracking details only to be told a day later that the item was out of stock and would not be back for over a month. Very disappointing as this was a christmas and even 2 weeks later I have not received my account credit back. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to be disappointed
