Had been specifically looking for diamond huggies, and google directed me to Edge of Ember, checked them on Trustpilot and saw they were also sold in John Lewis and Selfridges, so thought it would be ok. When I ordered online said I qualified for free shipping, but it charged shipping anyway. Took a couple of screen shots, and within a day I'd been credited with a very kind email.

Then the earrings arrived, sooner than expected and beautifully packaged. Very pleased with the quality and the representation online, versus the product. Plan on ordering another pair of earrings.
